Join me and my dear friend, Erika Mari, of Open Hands Energy, in a transformative offering of Spinal Energetics & Sound Healing. The group setting will amplify the healing experience, enhancing each participant’s journey through shared intent and connection.
Spinal energetics is an integrative practice blending Eastern and Western philosophies to engage with the spine, nervous system, and energy pathways of the body. This practice creates a gentle yet profound release of physical, emotional, and energetic tension, promoting deep self-awareness and balance. Light touch may be employed, but this modality can also be engaged remotely and without touch.
Sound healing therapy, the art of coaxing the physical and energetic bodies back into optimization through sympathetic resonance, will complete our work together. Crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and other instruments will bathe the group in healing frequencies.
